1. Acceptance
By accessing, using or purchasing any Shadow Dev service, software or license, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
Shadow Dev provides software development, automation, integrations, digital licensing systems, technical support and infrastructure-related solutions.
3. User responsibility
The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential, providing accurate information and using the services according to the law and these Terms.
4. Software licensing
Software is licensed, not sold. The customer receives a limited, personal, revocable license tied to the selected plan, device count and validity period.
5. Permitted use
You may use the software for the purposes covered by the contracted plan, install it only on authorized devices, request support through official channels and receive updates according to each product policy.
6. Prohibited use
Reverse engineering, decompilation, source extraction, unauthorized copying or distribution, license sharing, bypassing license checks, fraudulent use and attempts to compromise systems are prohibited.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party intermediaries. Amounts and payment methods are defined at the time of purchase. Non-payment may suspend or cancel access.
8. Renewals and license validity
Fixed-term licenses expire at the end of the contracted period. Lifetime licenses, when offered, remain active while the software is maintained and available under the current policy.
9. Support and updates
Support is provided according to the contracted plan. Shadow Dev may release mandatory or optional updates and recommends keeping software updated.
10. Availability
Continuous availability is not guaranteed in cases of maintenance, third-party failures, external events or force majeure.
11. Suspension and cancellation
Shadow Dev may suspend or revoke licenses in cases of fraud, violation of these Terms, attempted security bypass, license sharing or abusive use.
12. Intellectual property
Software, code, trademarks, logos and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Dev is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, infrastructure problems, third-party failures or misuse by the user.
14. Third-party services
Services may depend on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, payment providers, cloud providers and CDN services. Shadow Dev is not responsible for their interruptions or policies.
15. Changes
These Terms may be changed at any time. The updated version will be published on this page.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where applicable.
