1. How to request
To request deletion of your data, send an email to contato@shadowdev.dev with the subject: “Data deletion request”.
2. Minimum information
To locate your records, include your full name, registered email, linked phone number, WhatsApp number when applicable, account identification, license identification and a description of the request.
Do not send passwords or card data by email.
3. Identity validation
We may need to confirm the requester’s identity before deletion to prevent unauthorized removal of data.
4. Review period
The request will be reviewed within a reasonable period and according to applicable legal deadlines.
5. Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, rights defense, financial records, audits or dispute resolution.
6. WhatsApp data
If you interacted with Shadow Dev through WhatsApp, you may request deletion of message data. Deleting the chat in WhatsApp does not automatically remove all records kept by Shadow Dev.
7. Access and correction
The same channel may be used to access the data we hold about you, correct incomplete or inaccurate information, update registration data or obtain information about processing.
8. Confirmation
After completion, Shadow Dev will send an email confirmation indicating that the data has been removed or explaining which records were retained and why.
